It identifies official routes to the sheriff, courts, ALEA repository, and Alabama Sex Offender Registry. Visitor data is not turned into a third-party criminal file or consumer report, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Links may lead to sheriff, clerk, court, state-agency, or outside-provider websites. Once a visitor follows one, the destination's own privacy policy applies. Read it before providing personal information.
An advertising provider may use its own technology to measure activity across sites and select ads. That processing occurs on the provider's systems.
